A private, lodge-side wine tasting and dinner curated by Vintage Rouge. Your personal sommelier (and, by arrangement, a private chef) transform your deck, boma, or a secret clearing into an elegant, ephemeral dining room. Rare and limited-release wines from our private list are served in hand-blown crystal, poured at exacting temperatures from a travelling cellar, and paired to a multi-course menu shaped by regional produce and the season. The evening is choreographed to your game schedule: sundowner aperitifs at golden hour, a candlelit pairing under Southern skies, and a quiet digestif by the fire with a concise, story-led tasting narrative.
